Pastor Scott and Katie are originally from the Flint area, where they met in 2003 while working at an Italian restaurant together. They spent 7 years in youth and worship ministry before sensing the call to move to the Tawas area and lead Harbor Church in October 2019.

Pastor Scott and Katie’s deep desire is to reach this community with the transforming love of Jesus that they have both experienced in their lives. When they are not at the church, you can find them walking around our beautiful town, and hanging out at the beach.

Pastor Jeff is the Associate Pastor at Harbor Church and has joined Harbor staff in 2022. Pastor Jeff is passionate about helping people find their personal “why”. Outside of work, he enjoys duck hunting, fishing, and exploring waterfalls with his wife & three kids.

Jen Westheim is the KidMin Director at Harbor Church. Her and her husband, Pastor Jeff, moved to Tawas and joined the Harbor Staff Team in 2022. Jen enjoys reading, family adventures, summertime, walking, and hanging with our Harbor Kids on Sunday.

Pastor Luke is the Youth Pastor here at Harbor and joined the pastoral staff in 2024. Pastor Luke was originally from the Almont/Imlay City area in Michigan. Pastor Luke has a passion for reading, the outdoors, playing electric guitar and piano, and working out.

Reuben & Amy Edwards are the Discipleship Pastors at Harbor Church. The Edwards joined the Harbor Church staff in January of 2024. Amy and Reuben have a passion to see people grow in relationships with each other and in their relationship with Christ.

Caleb is the Tech Director at Harbor Church and has joined Harbor staff in 2022. Caleb aims to create spaces for people to encounter God, both in person and online. In his free time, Caleb enjoys astrophotography and playing games like Overwatch, Marvel Rivals, and Warframe.
